摘要
提出了一种新颖的双模式控制宽输入电压组合式升压逆变器电路拓扑和双模式带输入电压前馈的电压瞬时值反馈控制策略,并对构成这种逆变器的电路拓扑、控制策略、稳态原理特性和主要电路参数设计等关键技术进行了深入分析研究,获得了重要结论。该电路拓扑是由“T”型网络和Buck型逆变桥级联构成,其中“T”形网络相当于一个Buck-Boost直流变换器;该控制策略是通过两个独立的控制环路下占空比信号的饱和与置零作为切换时间点,实现了两种模式的平滑切换。500VA 100-200VDC/220V50Hz AC逆变器样机的实验结果表明,所提出逆变器具有输出输入未隔离、输入电压变化范围宽、双向功率流、可升压、变换效率高、输出波形质量好等特点,在宽范围输入电压变化升压逆变场合具有重要的应用前景。
A novel two modes controlled combined set-up inverter topology with wide range varied input voltage, and two modes control strategy of output voltage instantaneous value feedback with input voltage feedforward are proposed. The circuit topology, control strategy, characteristic of steady principle and design criteria for the key circuit parameters are deeply analyzed, and important conclusions are obtained. The circuit topology is constituted of "T" type network and Buck type inverting bridge, in which the "T" network is equivalent to a Buck-Boost DC converter. By setting the saturation point and zero-cross point of duty cycle in the two modes as switching points, the two modes achieve smooth transition. Experimental results of a 500VA 100-200VDC/220V50Hz AC inverter prototype show that the proposed inverter has the advantages of wide range of input voltage, bidirectional power flow, boost capacity, high conversion efficiency, high quality of output waveform and so on, which can be widely used in the boost inversion of wide range varied input voltage.
