摘要
为研究不同N、P、K水平施肥处理对黑木相思苗期生长量变化的影响,选取长势一致的黑木相思组培苗作为试验材料,设9种不同N、P、K施肥量与配比进行处理。结果表明:大部分施肥处理均优于对照组,长势最优的3个对照组中,处理8(N,P,K比例为6:8:3,3.4 g/株),处理9(N,P,K比例为1:2:1,4.8 g/株)及处理6(N,P,K比例为1:4:2,4.2g/株)的施肥处理明显优于其他处理组,其中处理6地上生物量达9.69 g,总生物量达15.30 g,含水量达9.70 g,为最佳处理。正确的施肥配比有利于为黑木相思种苗培育、生长提供理论依据。
In order to study the effects of different N, P, and K fertilizer treatments on Acacia melanoxylon seedlings growth, we selected the Acacia melanoxylon seedlings with consistent growth as test materials which were treated by nine different fertilizing amounts and ratios of N, P, and K. The result showed that most fertilizer treatments were superior to the control groups. Among the three best control groups, the fertilizer treatment 8 (the proportion of N, P and K was 6:8:3, 3.4 g per one), 9 (the proportion of N, P and K was 1:2:1, 4.8 g per one), and 6 (the proportion of N, P and K was 1:4:2, 4.2 g per one) were obviously better than others. In addition, the above ground biomass of treated 6 reached to 9.69 g, and its total biomass was up to 15.30 g, with 9.70 g water, which was the best treatment. The correct fertilization proportion could provide theoretical basis for the cultivation and growth ofA cacia melanoxylon seedlings.
