胃钙化性纤维性肿瘤1例

摘要 患者女性,27岁,因“上腹部胀痛1年,加重3个月”于2017年8月20日就诊于兰州市第一人民医院。患者自述入院前1年无明显诱因出现上腹部胀痛,伴后背部放射痛,同时伴有反酸、口干、乏力,无恶心、呕吐及嗳气。于2017年6月自觉腹痛加重,后背部放射性疼痛、烧心、反酸明显,曾于外院胃镜检查提示：1）胃息肉;2）十二指肠球部溃疡;3）慢性非萎缩性胃炎。患者坚持服药埃索美拉唑、胃康灵等3个月,疗效欠佳。
