摘要
通过对广州6家高校附属医院关于党的建设和医院文化建设的有关情况的调查研究与统计结果,分析医院文化建设背景下高校附属医院党建工作的现状和存在问题,提出以推进"两学一做"学习教育常态化制度化为契机,扎实推进高校附属医院党建工作与医院文化建设同向而行,筑牢党建根基,创新党建工作。
We did a survey about cuhural construction and Party building in six affiliated hospitals of universities in Guang- zhou. Based on the statistical results of the survey, we analyze the current situation and problems of Party building in affiliated hospitals of universities under the background of cultural construction. Therefore, we suggest that based on the normalization and institutionalization of learning ＂studies on the theoretical and practical issues of Party building＂, we should strongly promote cul- tural construction and Party building in affiliated hospitals of universities, in order to build a firm foundation of the Party and create new methods of Party building.
