摘要
为了提高激光器分系统设备控制和监测水平,同时,为了能较好地研究激光分系统的性能参数及相互关系,开展了激光器分系统远程控制系统的研制工作。采用并行技术、串口通讯技术、以太网通讯技术等完成了激光器分系统远程控制系统的研制工作。该控制系统实现了对振荡级激光器、固体激光器和染料泵的远程控制,满足了激光质谱系统对激光器分系统的应用需求。
In order to improve the level of control and monitoring for the laser system,at the same time,in order to better study the performance parameters of laser system,the laser control system is developed. By using parallel technology,serial communication technology and Ethernet communication technology,the development of remote control system for laser subsystem is completed. The control system realizes the remote control of the oscillating level laser,solid laser and dye pump,and meets the application requirements of the laser mass spectrometry system.
