摘要
为缩短支架增减作业时间,确保作业安全,在对东沟煤矿首采面回风巷测量、分析的基础上,优化了运输巷的布置方式,将首采面增减支架的绝对数量由36架减少到13架。提出设置支架安装硐室,实现快速增加支架作业,将每增加一架支架及配套刮板机的时间由原先的24h缩短至8~12h。提出采用预掘回撤通道搬家法实现快速回撤支架,将支架回撤对生产的影响时间由预计的10d缩短到3~4d,实现了快速增减工作面液压支架的目的,将因工作面长度变化带来的工作面设备的增减工作对生产的影响降到最低。
Based on the measurement and analysis of the return air lane, the arrangement of transportation lane was optimized,which reduced the absolute number of hydraulic support need to be added or withdrew by 36 to 13; the installation chamber scheme was put forward to achieve rapid hydraulic support deploying,which reduced the operation time from 24 hours to 8 ~ 12 hours for support increasing; and a rapid support withdrawing method was proposed using preexcavated retreating channel to withdraw the equipment,which reduced the influence of the production time from expected10 days to 3 ~ 4 days,and achieved the purpose of rapid deploy-withdrawing of hydraulic support in working face.
