丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠配合头孢噻肟对胃肠肿瘤患者术后切口感染的预防疗效及其对炎症因子水平的影响

摘要 目的:评价丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠配合头孢噻肟钠对胃肠肿瘤患者术后切口感染的预防疗效及其对炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取2016年10月—2017年3月间收治的行胃肠肿瘤术患者90例资料,采用随机分组法将其分为联用组和对照组,每组45例;对照组患者术后当天给予头孢噻肟钠预防切口感染,联用组患者在对照组基础上加用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液预防切口感染;比较两组患者术前和用药术后3 d血清炎症因子水平测得值的变化情况,以及用药后的切口感染和肺部感染的发生率差异,评价两种用药方案对术后切口感染的预防效果。结果:两组患者术用药后术后3 d血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平测得值远高于术前(P<0.05),术后联用组患者血清TNF-α、IL-6和hs-CRP水平测得值均低于对照组(P<0.05);术后2周内联用组患者切口感染的发生率和肺部感染的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠配合头孢噻肟钠预防胃肠肿瘤患者术后切口感染的效果优于单用头孢噻肟钠,有效避免了血清炎症因子水平大幅上升,且还可降低切口感染和肺部感染的发生风险。
