摘要
为进一步认识煤与瓦斯突出发展机理,开展了不同应力集中系数条件下的煤与瓦斯突出物理模拟试验,并监测了突出过程两相流冲击力、突出孔洞内气压及煤体声发射信号.结果表明:突出发展过程存在主要脉动及伴生脉动现象,单次突出过程前者会发生5~6次,每一主要脉动后又会发生2~3次伴生脉动现象.随突出发展进程增加,各主要脉动阶段内的气压变化量和冲击力均值呈减小趋势,煤体声发射累计能量则在减小后有所回升,回升量最大可达60%左右.试验中,瓦斯突出的发展过程始终伴随了煤体的粉化破坏和层裂破坏,前者持续发生,后者具有间歇性.
To study the laws of coal and gas outburst development mechanism,physical simulation tests of coal and gas outburst with different stress concentration factors were carried out.Impact force of coal and gas flow,pressure in outburst cavern and acoustic emission signals were monitored.The results show that there are major pulsation and accompanying pulsation in the process of coal and gas outburst.The major pulsation can occur five to six times in a single outburst process.After each major pulsation,there will be two or three times of accompanying pulsation.With the progress of outburst development,the pressure variation and average force of impact in each major pulsation shows a decreasing tendency,while the accumulative acoustic emission energy rises again after a decline,with the rising amount up to 60%.In the experiment,the pulverization of coal accompanies the gas outburst development continuingly,while the spalling of coal accompanies the outburst intermittently.
