摘要
采用刮膜机分散浇铸液的方法制备PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)基膜,通过一系列平行实验研究碱处理条件对基膜接枝率的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FITR)对基膜进行测试分析。结果表明,当碱处理条件为KOH浓度0.1 mol/L、碱处理时间50 min、反应温度70℃时最优,此时所制得的基膜有较高的接枝率且机械强度不会被破坏,FITR谱图分析显示在该碱处理条件下基膜表面可以生成后续接枝反应所必需的碳-碳双键和羟基等活性基团。
The PVDF( polyvinylidene fluoride) based membrane was prepared by dispersing the casting solution with a scraping machine. The effect of alkali treatment on the grafting rate of the base membrane was studied by a series of parallel experiments. The base membrane was tested and analyzed by SEM and FITR. The results show that the best alkai treatment conditions were 0. 1 mol/L KOH,reaction time of 50 min,and the reaction temperature of 70 ℃. Under these conditions,the base membrane had a higher grafting rate and mechanical properties. FITR spectral analysis shows that the base membrane surface under these conditions would produce carbon-carbon double bonds,hydroxyls and other active groups which are necessary for subsequent grafting reactions.
