摘要
目的探讨针刺治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的常用穴位及选穴规律。方法通过搜索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、Pubmed有关针刺治疗FD的临床研究文献,将符合纳入标准的文献数据进行统计分析,探讨其常用穴位及选穴规律。结果针刺治疗FD使用频次最多的十个穴位依次为:足三里、中脘、内关、天枢、太冲、胃俞、梁丘、脾俞、丰隆、冲阳。结论针刺治疗FD的常用穴位多位于足阳明胃经、足厥阴肝经、手厥阴心包经、足太阳膀胱经和任脉上,其中以足阳明胃经穴及足太阳膀胱经穴最多。
Objective To investigate the frequently-used acupoints and the rules of acupoint-selection of acupuncture for function dyspepsia（ FD ）. Methods A literature search was conducted in databased of Chinese National Knowledge Infra- structure database（ CNKI ）, Wanfang Database, Chinese Biomedicine database （ CBM ） and PubMed. All clinical trials evaluating the effects of acupuncture in treatment of FD were included. The data was analyzed to investigate the frequently-used acupoints and the rules of acupoint-selecton of acupuncture for FD. Results The most freguently used acupoints for FD were Zusanli （ ST36 ）, zhongwan（ CVI 2 ）, neiguan（ PC6 ）, tianshu（ ST25 ）, taichong（ LR3 ）, weishu（ BL21 ）, liangqiu（ ST34 ）, pishu（ BL20 ）, fenglong（ST40）, chongyang（ ST42 ）. Conclusion The commonly used acupoints in treatment of FD are in the meridian of stomach meridian, liver meridian, pericardium meridian, bladder meridian and conception vessel, most of them are in the stomach meridian and bladder meridian.
