摘要
石油化工等行业的正常运转需要大量的机泵群组,由于受多种因素影响,其故障现象时有发生,不仅会影响装置正常运行,有的甚至还会导致重大安全事故的发生。为了监测机泵群状态是否运行正常以及一系列状态及故障,对机泵群设备常见的故障类型、故障判断优化方法以及节点定位技术等进行深入的研究。
The normal operation of petrochemical industry needs a large number of machine and pump groups.Due to various factors, its failure occurs frequently, which will not only affect the normal operation of the device, but also lead to major safety accidents.In order to monitor whether the pump group state is running normally and a series of States and failures, we have done in-depth research on common failure types, fault diagnosis and optimization methods and node location technology of pump group equipment.
