摘要
在畜牧业养殖中,进行非接触式测量,无应激获取羊体的体尺参数是一个研究热点。本文通过CCD摄像机对羊以传统的体尺测量位置进行拍摄,得到羊体的彩色图像。利用MATLAB对羊体图像实时处理,进行图像二值化、形态学去噪、填充孔洞及目标轮廓的提取。在提取拐点的基础上搜索羊体的测量点,对羊体轮廓序列进行计算,确定臀部测量点;提取羊体的左轮廓线和上轮廓线,经计算确定耆甲测量点、胸骨前缘测量点和臀部最高点;在此基础上,计算空间分辨率,最后得出羊体体尺参数的实际值。实验表明该测量方法可应用于羊体无应激测量体尺参数,虽然存在一定误差,但相对误差较小。
In animal husbandry farming,the use of machine vision for non-contact measurement and non-stress acquisition of the sheep's body size parameters are research focuses. In this paper,through the CCD camera to obtain sheep color images,which the sheep stand at the traditional measurement position. The images are processed in real time by MATLAB. The image processing flow includes image binaryzation,morphology denoising,hole filling method and contour extraction. The sheep measurment points are attained extracting the inflexion point and calculating the contour sequence,the rump measurement point is acquired. After extracting the contour envelope of sheep body,the withers measurement point,the sternal leading edge measurement point and the highest rump point are acquired. Based on the above information,this paper calculates the spatial resolution,then the body size parameters of sheep body are acquired. Experiments show that the measurement method can be applied to the no-stress measurement of the sheep body size parameters. Although it has a certain error,the relative error is small.
