摘要
以通辽市科尔沁左翼后旗花灯村盐碱地为研究对象,探求不同改良物料组合对土壤微生物以及酶活性的影响及其与土壤呼吸值之间的相关性.研究结果表明,对细菌和纤维素分解菌影响较大的是NS组合,细菌9.50×1010cfu/g,纤维素分解菌11.04×105cfu/g.对亚硝酸细菌、放线菌以及过氧化氢酶影响较大的是YS组合,亚硝酸细菌3.12×104cfu/g,放线菌3.36×107cfu/g,过氧化氢酶0.57 mg·g-1·h-1.SS组合可以增加土壤中真菌的数量,数量达到7.2×108cfu/g.FS组合下纤维素酶活性达到1.078 mg·g-1·72 h-1.土壤呼吸与土壤微生物及土壤酶无相关性.
Effects of modifications of saline alkali soil from Kezuohou banner Huadeng town of Tongliao on soil microbial and enzyme activity and its correlation with soil respiration were determined. Modifications included drug residue,windblown soil,bio-organic fertilizer and cattle manure combined with Flue Gas Desulfurization Gypsum Lantern. Results show that the greatest impact on bacteria and cellulose-decomposing microorganisms was a combination of NS,9.50×10^10 cfu/g bacteria,and cellulose-decomposing bacteria at 11.04×10^5 cfu/g. Greatest effect on bacteria,Actinomycetes,and catalase nitrite was a combination of YS,3.12×10^4 cfu/g nitrous acid bacteria,Actinomyces at 3.36×10^7 cfu/g,catalase 0.57 mg·g-1·h-1. SS combination may increase the number of fungi in soil,the number reached 7.2×10^8 cfu/g. FS combination of cellulose activity reached 1.078 mg·g-1·72 h-1.
