摘要
分析了试样用量对vario MACRO cube型全自动元素分析仪测定煤中碳、氢、氮含量试验结果的影响,应用标准煤样及日常检测样品对全自动元素分析仪测定的准确度及精密度进行评价,并从试样称量、气密性检查、通氧量等方面探讨了试验操作应注意的事项。结果表明,全自动元素分析仪的测定结果均在标准值及参考值的不确定度范围内,可满足目前国标的要求,显示出较高的精密度和准确度,即采用全自动元素分析仪能够快速准确地进行煤中碳、氢、氮含量的测定。
The influence of sample mass on determination of carbon,hydrogen and nitrogen content in coal by vario MACRO cube automatic elemental analyzer was studied.The accuracy and precision of automatic elemental analyzer was evaluated by using standard coal samples and regular coal samples,and from aspects such as sample weighing,gas tightness inspection and oxygen capacity,the notices of experimental operation were discussed.The results showed that:the results of the automatic elemental analyzer are all within the range of uncertainty of standard values and reference values,which can meet the requirement of national standard.It shows the higher precision and accuracy.Automatic elemental analyzer can determine the carbon,hydrogen and nitrogen content in coal quickly and accurately.
