摘要
目的:比较牙冠不同剩余壁数对纤维桩和金属桩修复磨牙后抗折性能的影响。方法:将因牙周病拔除的40颗上颌磨牙随机分为A、B、C、D四组,分别制作成牙冠剩余壁数为1-4的牙体缺损模型,每组又分为铸造金属桩核(A1、B1、C1、D1)和纤维桩复合树脂修复(A2、B2、C2、D2)两个亚组。采用静态加载实验测试修复后牙齿的抗折强度,并观察其折裂模式。采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析(a=0.05)。结果:纤维桩和铸造金属桩组,断裂载荷均为D>B>A、C>A,B和C组间差别无统计学意义;各亚组间比较,断裂载荷A2>A1,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),B、C、D组内差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);所有铸造桩试件中可修复性折裂占11.1%,所有纤维桩试件中可修复性折裂可达95%。结论:随着牙冠剩余壁数的增加,牙齿的抗折强度增加;当剩余壁数较少时,磨牙的桩核冠修复更宜采用纤维桩。
Objective To compare the fracture resistance and fracture modes of different post-and-core systems in the restoration of endodontically treated human molar with different number of residual coronal walls. Methods: 40maxillary molars were divided into 4 experimental groups for different defects of the crown. Each group was prepared according to numbers of residual walls ranged from 1 to 4 and named with A B C and D. Then each group was divided into two subgroups with one restored with fiber posts and the other with cast metal posts. Each tooth was restored with a complete metal crown. Then a quasi-statically load was applied to test the fracture strength and fracture modesof the teeth. Differences between groups were evaluated using the SPSS statistics software (version 17.0; SPSS Inc, Chicago, IL). The results were considered statistically significant when P was 〈0.05. Results: The fracture resistanceof fiber post group and cast metal post group was both D〉B〉A, C〉A, and there was nosignificant difference between group B and C. The fracture resistance of A2〉A1 (P〈0 .0 5). There were no significant difference between the two sub groups in A, B and C groups(P〉0 .0 5). Conclusion: As the number of residual coronal walls increases, the fracture resistance of the teeth increases.It is better to restore the molar with fiber post with the decreasing number of the residual wall of tooth.
