摘要
目的:探讨三种不同修复材料对牙列缺损的修复效果比较。方法:选择2013年2月至2017年4月收治的135例采用可摘局部义齿支架修复牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,按照修复材料随机分为钴铬合金组、纯钛组和Vitallium 2000组,每组各45例。三组患者入院前进行检查和记录口腔情况,患者牙列修复后,分析对比三组患者修复后的疗效、并发症和不良反应的发生情况;同时在患者进行修复后使用自主问卷从舒适度、语言能力和美观度等方面评估。结果:Vitallium 2000组患者咀嚼效率、就位率、的舒适度、语言功能、咀嚼力度和美观度均高于其他两组患者(P<0.05),Vitallium 2000组患者的牙周袋指数和牙齿菌斑均低于其他两组患者(P<0.05),Vitallium 2000组患者的总有效率均高于其他两组患者(P<0.05),基托受损、基托不良、牙周病、发音不良和咀嚼功能不佳等不良反应发生率均低于其他两组患者(P<0.05)。结论:Vitallium 2000可摘局部义齿支架可有效修复牙列受损,保证患者舒适度、美观度的同时也降低了不良反应的发生率。
Objective To investigate the effects of 3 kinds of restorative materials (cobalt chromium alloy, pure titanium and Vitallium 2000) on the dentition defect. Methods: From February 2013 to April 2017 were 135 cases with removable partial denture restoration of dentition defect patients into our study and divided into co Cr alloy group, pure titanium group and 2000 Vitallium group, 45 cases in each group. The curative effect, the complications, the comfort, language ability and aesthetics etc. assessment were recorded and compared. Results: The chewing efficiency, in-place rate, comfort, language function, chewing power and aesthetics of the Vitallium 2000 group were significantly higher than those of the other 2 groups (P〈0.05). The periodontal pocket index and dental plaque of the Vitallium 2000 group were lower than the other 2 groups (P〈0.05). The total effective rates in the Vitallium 2000 group was higher than that of the other 2 groups (P〈0.05). The impaired in basis, impaired quito, periodontal disease, poor pronunciation and chewing dysfunction of the Vitallium 2000 group were lower than the other 2 groups (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Vitallium 2000 removable partial denture can be used to treat tooth defect, and it might effectively ensure the patient s comfort and aesthetics, and also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
