牛油果富含多种维生素、脂肪、蛋白质以及钠、钾、镁、钙等多种矿物质元素,营养价值极高,深受消费者喜爱。本文主要概括了牛油果加工现状、加工技术,从而进一步发掘牛油果的剩余发展空间及方向,以期为牛油果的深加工提供参考。
