摘要
文章分析了新建本科院校难以形成办学特色的成因,主要是路径依赖、办学目标同质化、应用型人才培养模式不完善等;在此基础上,文章提出了形成办学特色的对策,办学定位突出"地方性"、"应用型"和"教学型";以专业建设为导向,以实践教学为核心,以产学研合作为载体;"分类改革、产教融合"人才培养模式;建立校院二级教学管理模式;构建教学质量监控保障体系。
This art icle analyzes difficulties of newly upgraded universities for running a school. Main reasons are dependence of methods, target homogenization for running a school and mode faultiness for cultivating applied talents. Therefore, this thesis puts for-ward strategies for forming school-running characteristics. The school positioning should highlight "locality, applicability and teaching". Centering on major construction, practical teaching and university -industry cooperation, this thesis constructs talent cultivation modes that classify reforms and merges industry to teaching. It proposes secondary teaching management mode for schools in university, and constructs security system for teaching quality control.
