摘要
针对应用型本科院校培养目标和"3+1"教学模式,结合金属学原理课程特点,以培养学生工程意识为目的,将课内实验单列为实践教学课程。教学课时设为4周,教学内容设计以"热"为主、"力"为辅,对铁碳合金组织和性能的影响,由导入性实验、基础性实验、综合性实验、工程设计实验和研究性实验等构成,分段教学时间与理论教学相一致。在实践过程中培养了学生的科学素养和工程素质,提高了学生设计和创新能力。
According to the educational objectives upon "3+1" teaching mode in application oriented institutes, affiliated experimental teaching of Principles of metallography, which is a basic course attached to the major of engineering of materials processing, is substituted by practical teaching in order to cultivate undergraduates engineering consciousness. Practical period is set to 4 weeks, teaching contents, is designed as the effect of "heat" and "force" on the microstructure and properties of Fe-C alloy, consisting of five parts: introduced experiment; fundamental experiment; integrated experiment; engineering design experiment and research experiment. Teaching time is segmented correspondingly with the theoretical teaching process. in the course of practice, the students' scientifc literacy and engineering quality are cultivated, and the students' design and creativity are improved.
