摘要
改革开放以来,中国蔬菜产业总体保持较快发展,由供不应求到供需总体宽松,蔬菜市场体系逐步完善,但仍存在价格波动较大、菜农收益不稳定等问题。生产资料价格上涨、农村人力成本增加、小农生产和分散经营的生产结构、生产技术落后及产品附加值偏低等是造成菜农收益不稳定的主要因素。基于分析蔬菜种植成本及收益变动原因,提出了促进蔬菜产业变革和菜农增收的相关思路。
Since China adopted the reform and opening-up policies, vegetable industry has maintained a relatively rapid development, from short supply to ample supply, and the vegetable market system has been gradually improved. Nevertheless, there are still some problems such as high price fluctuation and unstable income of vegetable grower and so on. The authors pointed out that rise in the price of means of agricultural productions, increase in the cost ofrural labor, production structure of smallholder production and decentralized management, backward production technology and low value-added products were the main factors which caused the instability of farmers＇ income. Based on analyzing the reasons of changes in the cost and benefit of planting vegetable, relevant ideas were put forward for promoting the reform of the vegetable industry and increasing the income ofvegetable grower.
