摘要真性（中枢性）性早熟（centralpre．cociouspuberty，CPP）也称促性腺素释放激素（gonadotropin．releasinghor．mone，GnRH）依赖性早熟，是儿科常见分泌疾病，由于发育年龄提前，骨成熟加速，可导致患儿最终成年身高（FAH）低于遗传靶身高（TH），治疗的关键在于改善患儿最终成年身高。
