摘要
为研究动车组车载避雷器可靠度与老化特征参量之间的相关性,以便及时维护和保养动车组避雷器,本文在实验室环境下,设计了避雷器的电热一振动一浸水联合加速老化试验。然后利用MATLAB求取避雷器寿命的威布尔(weibull)分布模型参数;并测量不同寿命阶段的老化特征参量,分析不同寿命阶段各老化特征参量与避雷器可靠度之间的关系。结果表明,避雷器绝缘电阻、直流参考电压、0.75倍直流参考电压下泄漏电流、工频参考电压、持续运行电压下阻性电流分量与避雷器可靠度之间成线性关系,能较好反映避雷器的可靠性,为动车组避雷器的运行和维护提供了良好的参考价值。
In order to study the relationship between aging characteristic parameters and the reliability of surge arrester and maintain the surge arresters of EMU in time, the multi-stress aging test is performed. Then the parameters of Weibull distribution model of surge an'ester lifetime is solve by Matlab. And the aging characteristic parameters of different lifetime stages is measured, the relationship between aging characteristic parameters and the reliability of surge arrester is analyzed. The result shows that, there are liner relationships between the insulation resistance, DC reference current, leakage current under three quarters DC reference current, full current and impedance current and the arrester, and it can reflect the reliability of surge arrester very well, providing a good maintenance and operation of EMU surge arresters. reliability of surge reference value for
