摘要
复合绝缘子状态评价指标数据变化具有时空特性。复合绝缘子评价指标权重值随时间变化且不同指标数据随时间变化程度不同,具有时间渐变性和时间敏感性的特点,而绝缘子所处空间环境差异影响专家对评价指标主观权重大小认知。依据复合绝缘子所处空间特点确定主观权重,克服复合绝缘子空间特性对权重的影响;以熵权法确定评价指标的客观权重,体现指标数据变化的时间渐变特性;以博弈模型组合主观权重和客观权重,以主观权重值弥补客观权重值无法体现时间敏感性的不足,兼顾复合绝缘子指标权重的时间和空间特性;依据复合绝缘子所处空间和时间特性动态调整复合绝缘子状态评价关键指标。通过概率论和模糊理论相结合的云模型处理评价指标数据,得到指标状态信息,以权重综合各指标状态信息,构建复合绝缘子综合评估模型。
Composite insulator condition assessment index data has the spatial and temporal characteristics. The weight of composite insulators evaluation index is changed with time, and the variation degree of difference index is different which means that the variations of the weight is time gradient and sensitivity. On the other hand, the spatial location of composite insulators has the influence on subjective weight of specialist. The subjective weight is determined according to the spatial characteristics of the composite insulator and the influence of the space characteristics of the composite insulator on the weight is overcome; using Entropy method to determine the objective weight of the evaluation index, reflect the time gradient characteristics of the index data changes; Taking the subjective weight and objective weight combined with the game model, making up the objective weight value with the subjective weight value can not reflect the lack of time sensitivity, taking into account the time and space characteristics of composite insulator weight; According to the space and time characteristics of composite insulator dynamic adjustment of composite insulator status evaluation of key indicators. Through the cloud model which combines the theory of probability and fuzzy theory to process the evaluation index data, the index status information is obtained, and the comprehensive evaluation model of composite insulators is constructed by weighting the status information of each index.
