摘要
全面落实立德树人根本任务,既要探求和解码立德树人的文化基因,也要拓开全球视野,汲取他者经验,在坚持扎根中国与融通中外的结合过程中自觉建构立德树人的中国道路。立德树人的中华文化基因主要体现为世俗性、超越性与政治性。总的来看,坚持国家主导开展顶层设计、遵循青少年儿童身心发展规律进行学校德育、在全社会培育良好的道德文化氛围是国际上立德树人的主要经验。走好立德树人的中国道路,关键在于坚持以社会主义核心价值观为引领,走特色之路;扎根中国与融通中外相结合,走开放之路;不断增强德育工作的亲和力和针对性,走创新之路。
To implement the basic task of ＂Strengthening Morality＂,we need to parse its cultural genes and open up a global vision to learn from others＇ experience. In practice,the work needs to root on China and integration between Chinese and foreign countries. In this way we can consciously construct the Chinese road of ＂Strengthening Morality＂. The Chinese cultural genes are mainly embodied as secular,transcendental and political. The international experience is embodied in the following three aspects：the nation performs a dominant top-down design,follows the rules of children＇s physical and mental development and cultivate favorable moral culture atmosphere in the whole society. The key to the Chinese road of＂Strengthening Morality＂is to adhere the socialist core values as the lead,take root in China and integrating with foreign countries,and continue to enhance the affinity and pertinence of the work of moral education. Thus,we must take a unique,exoteric and innovative road.
