摘要
局部通风机远程集控系统以可编程控制器PLC为现场控制核心,辅以各类传感器进行设备状态、瓦斯、风流等进行数据采集,通过编程进行数据分析与处理,依托矿井工业环网作为传输媒介,在矿井监控中心安装上位机进行组态,实现局部通风机送电、启动、排放瓦斯等在监控中心远程一键式完成;实现数据实时采集、分析上传、故障报警等预控管理智能化和实时化。
The remote centralized controt system o, ---,- - PLC as the field control core, assists with various kinds of sensors tocarry on the equipment status,the gas,theair flow and so on carries on the data collection,through programming,data analysis and processing, relying on the mine industrial ring network as the transmission medium ,the upper computer is installed in the mine monitoring center to configure, realize the local fan to transmit electricity, start, discharge gas and so on, and accomplish the remote one button in the monitoring center. Intelligent and real-time field data collection, analysis and upload, fault alarm and other pre-control management.
