摘要
针对管道施工现场焊接难度大、焊缝质量不易保障的难题,详细分析了在现场焊接施工空间狭小、并且管道不能被转动的工况条件下,实现管道环缝自动焊接各种技术方案的优缺点,研制了一种能够环绕管道自动行走的磁性轮焊接装置,并且采用等分方法对管道环缝不同位置的焊接电压、电流、焊接速度等工艺参数进行分析研究,最后用插值法拟合各工艺参数随位置变化的曲线,运用这些变化曲线对焊接过程进行控制,实现了管道-管道或者管道-法兰焊缝的自动焊接,实际应用表明:与人工焊接相比该焊接装置焊接效率提高2倍以上,并且焊接质量也有很大幅度的提高,焊缝均匀美观。验证了管道自动焊接装置采用的技术方案以及控制方法的正确性。
According to the welding difficulties of welding seam and the quality of welding seam is not easy to guarantee. The advantages and disadvantages of welding various technical schemes that the construction space is narrow and the pipeline cannot be rotated under the working conditionsare analyzed in detail,and a magnetic wheel welding device which can automatically walk around the pipeline is developed, and then it uses an equal-point method to analyze the pipeline girth welding process parameters such as voltage ,current ,welding speed ,and so on ,finally using interpolation method fitting the curve of each technological parameter with the position change, and then using these curves to control of welding process in computer,realize the pipe-pipe or pipe-flange weld seam automatic welding. The practical application shows that compared with manual welding,the welding equipment welding efficiency increased by more than two times, and improve the welding quality is there much margin ,weld uniform appearance. The technical scheme and control method of the pipeline automatic welding device are verified.
