摘要
为了清楚地仿真和评价非对偶蜗轮蜗杆啮合过程中的齿面啮合状况,解决企业生产加工中的实际问题,以Pro/E4.0为操作平台,VC++6.0为二次开发工具,根据齿轮啮合的原理,通过计算机打斑点和切剖面的方式,清楚地看到了齿面接触区的啮合斑点和剖面情况,通过计算机虚拟仿真系统不断调整加工参数,改善其齿面接触状况,实现非对偶蜗轮蜗杆传动过程中的最佳啮合,这种计算机虚拟仿真系统,大大地节省了生产过程中的反复加工试装,节省了大量的资源和时间。
In order to clear the simulation and evaluation of meshing condition of mismatched worm and gear,and solve the practical problems in production of enterprises ,with the three-dimensional design software Pro/E4.0 and the further development tools VC++6.0,according to the principle of gear meshing, meshing spots and profiles of mismatched worm and gear are be seen clearly in the computer. Through the simulation system in the computer,the machining parameters are constantly adjusted to improve the contact condition of the tooth surface so as to realize the best meshing in the process of mismatched drive of worm and gear. Through this computer virtual simulation system, the reversal assembly of the production process is greatly saved, and a great deal of resources and time are saved.
