摘要
目的研究微课结合PBL教学法在《中医骨伤科学》教学中的研究与应用。方法选取中医学专业120名学生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采取传统教学法进行教学,观察组采用微课结合PBL教学法。观察对比2组学生理论考试成绩及学生学习效果满意度。结果观察组学生理论考试成绩及学生学习效果满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中医骨伤科学教学中,使用微课结合PBL教学法可有效提高学生学习成绩,且具有较高满意度,达到提升教学效果的目的。
Objective To study the application of PBL teaching method in the teaching of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 120 students from traditional Chinese medicine were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group took the traditional teaching and development teaching,and the observation group used the micro-class combined PBL teaching method.The theoretical test scores and student learning satisfaction were observed and compared.Results The scores of theoretical test scores and satisfaction of students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of orthopedics in traditional Chinese medicine,the combination of micro-lectures and PBL teaching method can effectively improve students ' academic performance with high satisfaction and achieve the goal of improving teaching effectiveness.
