摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗风热蕴肤型玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法 80例玫瑰糠疹患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组口服复方甘草酸苷片、氯雷他定口腔崩解片,治疗组在对照组用药基础上联合自拟中药方治疗;2组均治疗10天为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程后观察2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组、对照组的有效率分别为95%和77.5%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间均无明显不良反应。结论中西医结合治疗风热蕴肤型玫瑰糠疹疗效明显,无不良反应,适宜临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese herbal medicine therapy in the treatment wind heat affecting the skin type of pityriasis rosea.Methods 80 cases of wind heat affecting the skin type pityriasis rosea patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 40 patients and control group of 40 patients.The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine and compound glycyrrhizin capsules and loratadine orally disintegrating tablets,and the control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin capsules and loratadine orally disintegrating tablets.The two groups were treated for 10 days for 1 course of treatment.After total 2 courses of treatment,the clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95% and 77.5% respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups on side effect rate（P〈0.05）.There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine compound glycyrrhizin capsules and loratadine orally disintegrating tablets is a safe and effective way of treating wind heat affecting the skin type of pityriasis rosea.It is worthy to be popularized.
