摘要 本文利用了热塑性聚氨酯弹性体高分子(TPU)和聚氨基甲酸酯(PU),采用二次成型工艺制备了一种低密度、高回弹、外观精致的鞋底。该工艺经过工厂放大试验证实可行,产品投放市场后客户反应良好,值得广泛推广应用。 This paper has prepared a kind of low density, high resilience, and fine appearance sole by using thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer polymer (TPU) and polyurethane (PU) via twice modeling technology. The technology has been proved by factory test. Good response was received from customers after the sole was put on the market. It is worth popularizing and widely applying.
