摘要
本文介绍某化妆品生产废水处理工程案例。该项目采用"气浮+AO+MBR"工艺,前端的预处理采用气浮工艺,能有效去除废水中的表面活性剂和部分悬浮物,减轻后续工艺的处理负荷;后端的生化处理采用AO+MBR工艺,两级生化处理确保废水COD达标排放,另采用生化与沉淀相结合的MBR工艺,不仅确保废水SS等污染物达标排放,更能节省项目用地,减少项目投资成本。项目排放水质达到广东省《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)第二时段一级标准。
This article describes a cosmetic production wastewater treatment project case. The project uses the "flotation+AO+MBR" process, the front pretreatment uses air flotation process, can effectively remove the surfactants and part of the suspended matter, reduce the follow-up process processing load; rear biochemical treatment using "AO+MBR" process, two-level biochemical treatment could ensure that COD discharge standards, another biochemical MBR process uses a combination of precipitation, not only ensure that wastewater discharge standards of SS and other pollutants, but also more savings in project land and reduce project investment costs. The project discharge water quality reaches the second grade level of Guangdong Province "Water Pollutant Discharge Limit" (DB44/26-2001).
