摘要
利用正交试验方法对乙酸改性苎麻纤维进行条件优化,得出最优改性条件为:在改性温度为125℃、改性时间为5.5 h、固液比为1∶50的条件下,条件优化后的苎麻纤维对原油的吸附量为19.876 1 g/g,与改性前相比提高了2.93倍.通过FTIR、SEM和XRD分析对条件优化前后苎麻纤维样品的微观结构和晶体结构进行表征,结果表明:改性条件优化后的苎麻纤维变得更加疏松多孔,亲水基团明显减少,结晶区遭到了破坏,结晶度降低,更加有利于提高苎麻纤维的疏水亲油性能.
Orthogonal test method is used to optimize the conditions for the modification of ramie fiber by acetic acid. The optimal condition is found. The solid-liquid ratio,the mass of materials and the volume of modified solution,is 1 ∶ 50. They are heated with oil bath 5.5 h at the temperature of 125 ℃. The adsorption amount of ramie fiber on crude oil is 19.876 1 g/g. Compared with before modification it improves the 2.93 times. Microstructure and crystal structure of materials is characterized by FTIR,SEM and XRD. The results display that modified ramie fiber after optimizing the conditions became rougher with more irregular folds,and there is a significant decrease in the peak of hydrophilic group. The crystalline region is destroyed which results in decrease of crystallinity,which improve the hydrophobic and oleophilic properties of ramie fiber.
