摘要
用顺丁烯二酸酐、天冬氨酸、氢氧化钠在常压水溶液中合成亚氨基二琥珀酸,以产品的钙螯合能力为考察指标,探讨了中和度、保温时间、用水量对产品钙螯合能力的影响。结果表明,在原料n(顺丁烯二酸酐)∶n(天冬氨酸)∶n(NaOH)∶n(水)=1∶1∶4∶11,反应温度为105~110℃,反应时间为12 h条件下得到的产品性能较好。同时,将反应结束后产品中的杂质用溶剂洗去,产品的性能得到明显改善,为进一步提纯亚氨基二琥珀酸提供了思路。
Iminodisuccinic acid is synthesized from maleic anhydride,aspartic acid and Na OH in the aqueous medium at atmospheric pressure. The effects of neutralization degree,reaction time and water consumption on product's chelating ability to calcium are studied. It is found that the proper conditions are as follows: n( maleic anhydride) ∶ n( aspartic acid) ∶n( NaOH) ∶n( H2O) = 1 ∶1 ∶4 ∶11,reaction temperature is at 105-110℃ and the reaction lasts for 12 h.At the same time,the performance of prepared iminodisuccinic acid can be improved by removing impurities by solvent,which provides a reference way to purify iminodisuccinic acid further.
