摘要
目的观察抑制性寡核苷酸(TLE)对狼疮样综合征模型小鼠的治疗作用。方法采用空肠弯曲菌CJ-S131诱导构建红斑狼疮样综合征小鼠模型。将小鼠随机分为7组,即正常组、模型对照组、狼疮样模型组,抑制性寡核苷酸皮下给药(给药剂量分别为5、10、20、40μg)的4个组。检测TLE对小鼠脏器指数、血清抗自身抗体、血清肌酐和尿蛋白与尿肌酐比值,以及对肾损伤的影响。结果与模型组相比,TLE(给药剂量为20、40μg)能显著抑制血清抗双链DNA和抗核小体抗体的水平(P<0.05);TLE(给药剂量为10、20、40μg)明显改善肾病理和功能的损伤(P<0.05)。结论 TLE对小鼠狼疮样综合征有一定的保护作用。

RESULTS Compared with lupus-like model group, treatment with TLE (20,40 μg/ mouse) significantly inhibited anti-dsDNA and anti-nucleosome antibody levels (P 〈 0.05 ), and markedly amelio- rated the glomerular injury ( P 〈 0.05 ). CONCLUSION These findings suggest that inhibitory oligodeoxynucle- otide has a beneficial effect on lupus-like syndrome induced by CJ-S131 in BALB/c mice.
