摘要
针对顶盖旋压工装尺寸大、强度高的特点,利用Pro/E软件的结构分析功能,采用有限元分析和参数对比方法,对工装结构和尺寸进行优化以提高工装强度、减轻质量,降低制造成本,实现大型顶盖旋压成形,具有一定的推广应用价值。
According to the large size and high strength requirement of the spinning tooling for the roof panel, based on structural analysis function of Pro/E software, the methods of finite element analysis and parameters contrast were used to optimize the structure and dimension of the tooling. It could improve the strength of the tooling, reduce the weight and the manufacturing cost of the spinning tooling, and then the spinning forming of the large size for the roof panel was achieved.
