摘要
我国的知识产权人才培养与学科建设依托相关高校,三十余年来已经过四个历史阶段,探索了十种以上的知识产权人才培养模式,全国建立了35所知识产权学院以及26个国家知识产权人才培训基地,有76所高校设置了知识产权(法学)本科专业,有200多所高校正在培养涉知识产权的硕士研究生,有50余所高校正在培养涉知识产权博士研究生。我国知识产权人才培养与学科建设成绩斐然的同时也存在一些问题,就此本文提出了六项建言:一是创设知识产权硕博士的专业学位制度;二是在学术学位方面设置知识产权法学和知识产权管理学二级学科;三是培养重点置于知识产权硕士研究生层面尤其是知识产权专业硕士;四是逐步将知识产权教学内容列入本科生、研究生的素质教育;五是建议对知识产权(法学)本科教育"减肥瘦身";六是建议整合与提升全国范围内的知识产权资源。
China＇s intellectual property talent cultivation and discipline construction rely on relevant colleges and universities. It has passed four historic stages about 30 years, and explored about 10 modes of intellectual property talent cultivation. It has established 35 intellectual property colleges and 26 national intellectual property talent training bases throughout the country. 76 colleges and universities have established intellectual property undergraduate specialty（law major）. 200 colleges and universities are training Master Degree Candidate involved intellectual property. Over 50 colleges and universities are training Doctoral Candidate referred intellectual property. It does well on intellectual property talent cultivation and discipline construction of China, the disadvantages still exist. The paper offers six proposals below：（1） found the intellectual property Master and Doctor academic degree system;（2） set up the secondary subject under intellectual property law and intellectual property management;（3） intensify the intellectual property Master Candidate＇s training, especially the intellectual property specialty;（4） work up the intellectual property content of courses to be undergraduate and master＇s quality-oriented education;（5） reduce the intellectual property law education of Undergraduate Degree;（6） conform and promote all intellectual property resources of whole nations.
