EFEAD系统旋转振动实时测试系统的开发

摘要 采用NI软硬件实现对发动机前端附件驱动(EFEAD)系统旋转振动的实测,通过理论分析,建立了六轮-带EFEAD系统的旋转振动模型.利用LabVIEW平台实现了对带段的静态张力、动态张力、曲轴轮的转速、发动机轮-带之间的滑移率以及带的横向振动测试.结果表明,利用LabVIEW对EFEAD系统旋转振动的测试方法可以满足各相关参数的测试要求,对EFEAD系统旋转振动测量方面的研究具有一定的参考价值. This paper mainly uses the NI hardware and software to achieve the measurement of the rotational vibration of the Engine Frond End Accessory Drive (EFEAD) system,and establishes a model for the rotary vibration of the six-wheel EFEAD through the analysis of theoretical. The static tension, dynamic tension of the band section, the crank speed of the crankshaft,the slip rate between the engine wheel and the belt,and the lateral vibration of the belt are measured, using the LabVIEW platform. The result shows that the methods for testing rotational vibration of EFEAD system by LabVIEW can meet the requirements of tes-ting the relevant parameters, and it has a reference value for the study of measuring the rota-tional vibration of EFEAD system.
