麦默通微创手术治疗乳腺脓肿的效果分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析麦默通微创手术加负压引流治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿的治疗效果。方法选取2014年1月至2017年1月我院乳腺科收治的乳腺炎并发脓肿患者110例,分别进行麦默通旋切术加负压引流(n=57例)和传统切开引流术(n=53例),从切口大小、愈合时间、瘢痕大小及手术体验满意度等方面进行比较。结果麦默通组与传统手术组比较,在手术切口大小、愈合时间、瘢痕大小及手术体验满意度方面均明显优于传统手术组(P<0.001)。结论麦默通微创旋切系统是治疗乳腺脓肿的有效方法。
