摘要
目的掌握汕尾红海湾新港码头蚊类的种群构成、不同生境密度分布、季节消长及携带病毒情况,为口岸蚊及蚊媒传染病的有效防控提供依据。方法采用诱蚊灯收集法进行调查,采用逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法检测蚊类携带黄热病毒属和甲病毒属情况。结果 2015年-2016年监测期间捕获成蚊1 039只,经分类鉴定隶属于3亚科3属10种,海滨库蚊为优势种,占总数的70.07%;成蚊季节消长高峰期在6月-8月,海滨库蚊季节消长高峰期在6月-9月。结论通过本次调查基本了解了汕尾红海湾新港码头的蚊类情况,为今后蚊媒防治工作提供切实的技术指导,尤其是加强高峰期蚊类密度监测,在繁殖高峰期到来之前,适时灭蚊,可有效降低蚊类密度。
Objective To master the species composition,population distribution,seasonal fluctuation and the pathogens carrying of mosquitoes at Honghai Bay New Port,so as to provide scientific evidences for the prevention and control of vectors and infectious diseases.Methods A mosquito trap collection method was adopted,and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)was used to detect the carrying of flavivirus and alphaviruses in mosquitoes.Results A total of 1 039 captured mosquitoes were identified,there were 13 species belongs to 2 subfamilies and 3 genus,and culex sitiens was the dominant space,accounting for 70.07%;the seasonal fluctuation peak of mosquitoes appeared from June to August.The seasonal fluctuation peak of culex sitiens appeared from June to September.Conclusion The survey showed the situation of mosquitoes at Honghai Bay New Port of Shanwei,and provided practical technical guidance for mosquito prevention,particularly for strengthening the surveillance of mosquito density in the peak period,and killing mosquito by adopting effective measures before the high peak of reproduce timely,which can detract the mosquito density efficiently.
