高寒草甸植物与土壤脂肪酸组成特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 为探究脂肪酸对高寒草甸土壤退化及植被演替指示作用规律,采用野外调查与气相色谱质谱联用(GCMS)分析方法,对高寒草甸植物与土壤中脂肪酸进行测定和分析。结果表明,53种高寒草甸植物中含有脂肪酸68种,其中13种单不饱和脂肪酸、10种多不饱和脂肪酸及45种饱和脂肪酸,碳数范围为3~28。土壤样品含有41种脂肪酸,其中5种单不饱和脂肪酸、3种多不饱和脂肪酸和33种饱和脂肪酸,碳数分布范围与植物相同。含量较高脂肪酸的碳数分别为C_(24)、C_(22)、C_(20)、C_(18)和C_(16),脂肪酸有显著的偶碳数优势。对比研究菊科、禾本科以及莎草科的脂肪酸种类,菊科植物含有16种独有脂肪酸,禾本科唯一独有脂肪酸为6,9,12-十八碳三烯酸,莎草科中未发现独有脂肪酸。退化高寒草甸植物长链脂肪酸(>C_(20))种类数高于土壤,而轻度退化以及未退化高寒草甸植物与土壤种类无明显差异。因此脂肪酸种类及含量可以作为评价土壤退化和植被演替重要指标。 The samples of plants and soil in alpine meadow were collected and the gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS)analyses were carried out to examine the indication of fatty acids in the degradation of alpine meadow soil and vegetation succession.The fatty acids of plants and soil in alpine meadow were isolated and identified.There were 68 fatty acids in detected 53 alpine meadow plants,45 fatty acids were saturated fatty acids,13 fatty acids were monounsaturated fatty acids,and 10 fatty acids were polyunsaturated fatty acids.The carbon number range of fatty acids was from 3 to 28.The soil contained41 fatty acids,the range of carbon number was the same as plants.It contained 33 saturated fatty acids,5 monounsaturated fatty acids and 3 polyunsaturated.The carbon preference in the fatty acids were C16,C18,C20,C22 and C24,the even carbon predominance was obvious.Comparing analysis of samples of the Cyperaceae,Gramineae and Compositae plants showed that the Compositae plants contain 16 kinds of unique fatty acids,and that 6,9,12-octadecatrienoic acid were unique fatty acid in the Gramineae plants,no unique fatty acid was found in Cyperaceae plants.Long-chain fatty acids(〉20))could be found in degraded alpine meadow,the number of plants fatty acids was more than that in soil.And the light degraded and non degraded alpine meadow had noe significant difference in fatty acid species both in plants and soil.The fatty acid composition and content could be used as the evaluation proxies of soil degradation and vegetation succession.
