摘要
目的探讨共情护理模式对老年期脑梗死患者消极情绪、治疗依从性以及康复效果的影响。方法随机选取2014年4月至2016年4月我院收治的老年期脑梗死患者80例,随机将这些患者分为两组:共情护理组(n=40)和常规护理组(n=40),对护理前后两组患者的消极情绪、治疗依从性以及康复效果进行统计学分析。结果护理前两组患者的不想情绪及活动能力的评估,组间差异不显著(P>0.05);护理后共情护理组患者的焦虑抑郁情绪及各方面康复效果均显著优于常规护理组(P<0.05),且治疗依从性72.5%(29/40)显著高于常规护理组52.5%(21/40)(P<0.05)。结论共情护理能够更有效改善老年期脑梗死患者消极情绪、治疗依从性以及康复效果,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of empathy nursing on the emotion, treatment compliance and rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were randomly selected for this research, these patients were divided into two groups according to the methods of carerandomly, namely, ： the empathy care group （n = 40） and the usual care group （n = 40） . , The negative emotions, treatment compliance and rehabilitation effect of the two groups before and after nursing care were statistically analyzed. Results The enaluations of negative emotion and ctivity ability before nursing care between the two groups had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）; The level of anxiety and depression mood, as well as every aspect of rehabilitation in the empathy nursing group were all better than those of the usual care group （P 〈 0.05 ）, the treatment compliance of the empathy nursing group which was 72.5 % （29/40） was significantly higher than that of the usual care group which was 52.5 % （21/40）（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Empathy nursing care can be more effective to improve the negative emotion, treatment compliance and rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with cerebral infarction, so is worthy of promotion in the clinical work.
