摘要
研究选取2007-2015年济南市10个区县(市)户籍人口与低保人口数据,运用贫困人口区位商下的数据离散程度指标以及贫困人口集聚度分析和坐标解析等研究方法,结合GIS空间分析软件,探究济南市贫困人口时空格局演变特征,并建立多元线性回归分析模型分析贫困人口空间分布的影响因素.研究表明:近十年来,济南市贫困人口减幅21.3%,城市贫困人口减幅64.98%,而农村贫困人口增幅19.95%,贫困发生率从2007年的2.17%下降至2015年的1.69%;贫困人口分布区际差异扩大,贫困人口在次中心外围区集聚程度加深,空间上呈现5种地域演化类型.社会保障水平、教育水平、城乡发展差距、交通通达度是影响济南市贫困人口空间分布的主要因素.
This study made use of the population of household and lowest life guarantee data for the period of2007-2015,and utilized discrete indices of location quotient and agglomeration of poor people and coordinate analytic as the research method,together with GIS software to analyze spatiotemporal changes and influencing factors by the regression analysis model. Our results from this study show that the number of overall poor and urban poor people has decreased by 21.3% and 64.98%,respectively,with the rural poor people increased by 19.95% and the incidence of poverty dropped from 2.17% in 2007 to 1.69% in 2015,the regional disparity is widening,with the agglomeration degree become larger and five spatial evolution types found in the region,and the influencing factors include the level of social security, level of education, gap between urban and rural developments, and accessibility to the transportation system.
