摘要
基于光栅衍射原理和手机的图像采集、数据处理、显示功能,设计了一款简易手机光谱仪。光谱仪主体为一暗盒,其两端分别为狭缝和透射光栅,手机摄像头采集衍射光谱图像,经开发的手机APP计算、显示光谱和吸光度曲线。利用设计的手机光谱仪测量橄榄油的吸光度,发现优质橄榄油的吸光度曲线在波长600 nm处存在明显峰值,而伪劣橄榄油的吸光度在此波长处不存峰值,从而实现了真伪橄榄油的鉴别。此外,由于其结构简单易制、成本低、可视化效果好等特点,还可将其应用到设计性实验和演示实验教学中。
Based on the principle of grating diffraction,a simple mobile phone spectrometer is developed.The main body of the spectrometer is a cartridge,its both ends are a slit and a grating.Using the camera and APP software of the phone,the spectral image and data can be captured and processed.The absorbance of olive oil is measured by the spectrometer.By analyzing the absorbance,the absorbance of real olive oil has a peak at the wavelength of 600 nm,however the fake olive oil has not.Therefore the authenticity of olive oil can be identified.Meanwhile the mobile phone spectrometer can be used in the education of physics and designing experiments.The mobile phone spectrometer has simple-structure,low cost,good demonstration effect and application prospect.
