摘要
针对脉管制冷机运行时脉管热端的射流现象,通过CFD仿真方法分析了射流对脉管内部温度分布及对制冷机性的影响。模拟结果表明射流的存在加强了脉管内冷热工质的混合,强化了脉管导热能力,使脉管冷端冷量损失增大,从而降低了整机制冷性能。为验证这一结果,搭建了实验台,为射流对脉管温度制冷机的影响进行测量,对比了发生射流和对射流进行抑制时脉管长度方向的温度分布和冷指性能,实验结果和模拟结果相符。
A numerical model of a single-stage inline pulse tube refrigerator was built using two-dimensional axisymmetric CFD to analyze the influences of jet flow in pulse tube on working temperature and system efficiency of the cooler. The simulation shows that the jet flow at the warm side of pulse tube leads to the increase of heat transfer between the cold end and warm end of pulse tube,which decreases the system efficiency. Experimental research on influence of jet flow on the temperature gradient and cooling capacity of cooler was conducted. The numerical simulation results coincide with the experimental results.
