摘要
通过金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜等研究了A1含量对Mg-Y-Zn系稀土镁合金组织及力学性能的影响,以及保温时间对合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,合金在500℃均匀化热处理10h,Mg-Y-Zn-A1合金中第二相β-Mg17Al12大量融进基体,合金强化效果明显。通过加入适量Al,生成了新相Mg17Al12和Mg,:(A1,Zn)。,发现新相能使晶粒细化明显,起到强化合金的效果。
Effect of A1 content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg-Y-Zn-based rare earth magnesium alloys was investigated by means of metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that when the alloy undergoes homogenizing treatment at 500 ℃ for 10 h, the second phase β-Mg17A112 solves into the matrix, and the alloying strengthening effect is obvious. By adding appropriate amount of A1, new phases Mgl7All2 and Mg32 (A1, Zn)49 are formed, which leads to obvious grain refinement and makes the alloy strengthened.
