摘要
在对F村村卫生室负责人进行访谈的基础上,分析了实施一体化管理后,农村基本医疗卫生服务由个体诊所转移到标准化的村卫生室,乡村医生从个体经营者转变为农村基层卫生服务提供者,致使乡村医生的收入状况和人际环境发生的变化。由于乡村医生的利益关切和竞争关系导致其仍旧维系其原有个体诊所经营,这与一体化管理初衷相违背。要保证一体化管理有效推进,离不开对乡村医生主体性的尊重及其相互之间协作关系的确立。建议逐步提高乡村医生诊疗水平和待遇,优化村卫生室各项制度建设,进一步增强村卫生室吸引力等建议。
This paper bases on interviewing village clinic chiefs in F village. It analyzes that rural basic medical health care service is from individual clinics to standardization village clinics,village doctors shifts from individual operators to rural health service providers after implementation of integrative management,it causes income and interpersonal situation of rural doctors changed. The interests and competitive relation of rural doctors lead to keep their original individual clinics operation,which is contrary to the original intention of integrated management. In order to ensure effective promotion of integration management,the respect for the subjectivity of rural doctors and the establishment of their cooperative relationship can not be separated. Therefore,to enhance treatment level and remuneration of rural doctors step by step. Optimizes the system construction of village clinics,in order to improve treatment level of rural doctors,and increases the attract of rural clinic further.
