摘要
目前,国内铁矿行业已经进入了"矿价低位运行、新旧矛盾叠加、经营风险突出"的特殊时期。在该形势下,矿山企业只有进一步强化生产组织,挖掘管理潜力,全面提高资源利用率,方可在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势。司家营铁矿露天矿采场矿体分布情况复杂,矿体中夹岩较多,部分岩石中夹杂着品位较高的矿石,矿岩混合部位爆破后会加剧矿岩混合程度,导致矿石损失和废石混入加大。为有效降低该矿露天采场的矿石损失率和贫化率,提高资源利用率,提出了包含重点实施分穿分爆、小设备矿岩挑选及完善现场生产组织等方面的露天采场损失率和贫化率降低措施。研究表明:通过开展降低采场两率管理工作后,该矿露天采场2016年的矿石损失率为7.23%,贫化率为9.18%,两率指标均优于2015年(矿石损失率为7.9%,贫化率为9.58%),矿石回收量大幅增加,取得了理想的经济效益,延长了矿山服务年限。
At present,domestic iron ore industry has entered the special period of " ore price fluctuates at a low level,overlaps of new and old contradictions and outstanding business risk". Under the circumstances,in order to enhance the advantage in the fierce market competition environment,the mining enterprises should be take the effectively measures of strengthening production organization,expanding management potential and improving resources utilization rate comprehensively. The ore-body distribution characteristics of the open stope of Sijiaying Iron Mine is complex,the proportion waste rock mass in orebodies is high,the ores with high grade within the waste rock mass,waste rock mass and ore mixing degree will be improved after the blasting of ore and waste rock mass mixed area,which caused the ore loss rate and dilution rate higher and higher. In order to lower the ore loss rate and dilution rate of the open stope of Sijiaying Iron Mine,and improve the resources utilization rate,the effective measures of concluding conducting perforation and blasting operation respecting of waste rock mass and ores,selecting waste rock mass and ores by using small equipment and improving the site production origination are proposed. The study results show that after the implementation of above production management measures for lowering the ore loss rate and dilution loss,the ore loss rate and dilution rate of the open stope are 7. 23% and9. 18% in 2016,which are both lower than the ones in 2015(ore loss rate is 7. 9%,dilution rate is9. 58%),the ore recovery is increased significantly,the ideal economical benefits is obtained,and mine service length is extended.
