摘要
高职体育课程应该加强职业体能,为学生职业能力培养奠定基础。本着"提高体能、促进技能、提升素养、服务专业"的理念,坚持"分类归纳,有所侧重"的原则,精选教学内容,采用以学生为主体,以练习为主线,教师从"传授者"变为"指导者",学生从"接受者"变为"思考者"的指导思想,改革教学方法,将教、学、练融合为一个动态系统,采用过程评价,贯彻学什么、练什么、考什么的方针路线。从职业体能出发运用文献资料法、总结归纳法探寻高职体育课程改革的新思路。
Vocational stamina should be strengthened in P.E.classes in vocational colleges to lay foundation for vocational ability training.In line with the concept of"improving physical fitness,promoting skills,improving quality and serving major" and by sticking to the principle of" categorical reduction and having emphasis",we select teaching content carefully and adopt the guiding principle of " treating students as the centre and exercises as the key line" to change the teachers from" initiators "into" directors"and the students from" receivers "to" thinkers".Teaching method is reformed by integrating teaching,learning and doing into a dynamic system.Process evaluation should be adopted by following the principle of" examining what the students have learned and practiced".From the perspective of vocational stamina and by using literature review method and summarized method,this paper means to explore a new way of reforming P.E.in vocational colleges.
