摘要
目的：分析脊柱导引术结合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：本次研究抽取时间为2014年2月～2016年2月，随机抽取67例腰椎间盘突出症，依据临床治疗方法的不同选择将入选患者均分为观察组（n=34）和对照组（a=33），对照组治疗方法选择手法治疗，观察组治疗方法选择脊柱导引术结合手法治疗，待2组患者治疗后均比对其临床疗效。结果：观察组进行脊柱导引术结合手法治疗后，其治疗总有效率为94．12％，复发率为2．94％，对照组进行手法治疗后，其治疗总有效率为75．76％，复发率21．21％，比对2组患者治疗后的VAS以及JOS分数，数据间呈现统计学意义。结论：腰椎间盘突出症患者在临床中选择脊柱导引术结合手法治疗后疗效显著，此治疗方法能够将患者的腰椎体感觉功能进行提升，对临床疗效予以巩固。
Objectiv：To analyze the clinical effect of spinal manipulation combined with manipulation of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：A total of 67 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly selected from February 2014 to February 2016.The patients were divided into observation group（n = 34）and control group according to the different selection of clinical treatment（N = 33）.In the control group,the treatment of the treatment group was selected.The treatment group was treated with spine guide technique and the two groups were compared with the control group.Results：The total effective rate was 94.12% and the recurrence rate was 2.94% after treatment with spinal manipulation.The total effective rate was 75.76% and the recurrence rate was 21.21% after the manipulation of the control group.Compared with the VAS and JOS scores of the two groups,the data were statistically significant.Conclusion：The patients with lumbar disc herniation in the clinical choice of spinal guide surgery combined with the effect of significant treatment,this treatment could be the pafientg lumbar vertebral body sensory function to enhance the clinical efficacy to be consolidated.
