摘要
为提高短电弧铣床的加工质量,设计了1种基于ARM-DSP结构脉冲电源智能控制器。系统在STM32单片机的控制下,根据加工工艺要求,通过DSP对加工过程中的数据进行实时采集,实现参数自适应模糊PID的运算,自动完成对脉冲电源参数的调整。实验结果表明:控制器有效的控制了电源的输出,短电弧加工工艺得到了改善。
In order to improve the machining quality of the short arc milling machine,an intelligent controller based on ARM-DSP structure is designed. Under the control of the STM32 microcontroller,the system can collect the data in the process according to the processing parameters by DSP, and the realization of adaptive fuzzy PID parameters,automatic completion of the pulse power parameters. The experimental results show that the controller has a good effect on the short arc machining process.
